Rockford Business Owner’s Response To Funny Hate Mail Is Inspirational

I find it very odd that people take time out of their day to discourage and bash others.  Seriously, what personal gain do you get from it?

After making the announcement Goodie Bin is closing it's doors, the owner received really BIZARRE hate mail this week and it's too entertaining not to share with you!  I say 'entertaining' because someone literally went out of their way to go to a store, PAY for a postcard, and BUY a stamp to try and bring someone down.  Not cool!

Instead of 'getting even' with the anonymous sender, the letter gave the owner, Daniel Carrillo, the motivation for his next business venture.  Now that's what I call a very unexpected, positive response!

This is all it says - YOU FAILED.

To whoever sent it, this is just weird and kinda funny (lol).  Daniel decided to post the mail to social media to share with his followers so others could get a good laugh out of it, too.

He crossed out FAILED and replaced it with TRIED.  At the age of 20, he had the opportunity to open a business and he DID!  How many others can say that?!

I can't, that's for sure - I don't think I'd be good at it and have no idea where to start!

I think the outpour of support from the community definitely outweighs the sad, sad hate mail!  Next time you're thinking of bashing someone whether it's through USPS, on the internet, or in person just remember you wouldn't want to be a victim of that either.  Think twice before bringing negative energy into this world!
