It's been a long, hard year of not being able to sing at the top of our lungs while spilling beer on strangers at a concert, or making a mess of ourselves while eating delicious food in front of hundreds of people. I think it's also safe to say most of us never realized how much we needed those opportunities until they had been ripped from under us in the interest of safety.

I don't want to be overly optimistic here, but it feels like we have finally reached the point in this pandemic where 'normal' life will finally return. If we all keep behaving sensibly, "fun" will return. Concerts are being planned. Big festivals are announcing their 2021 dates....let's all make it our mission to not mess it up!

If your idea of the perfect summer event involves getting 'a BBQ stain on your white t-shirt', get those napkins ready because Naperville's beloved Ribfest is returning in 2021!

If you've been to Naperville's Ribfest in the past, you know big concerts go hand-in-hand with all the tender rib eating, so, who will be headlining the 2021 festival? We don't know...yet. Ribfest's website says;

The lineup for the 2021 Ribfest hosted by the Exchange Club of Naperville is outstanding! Whether you are interested in classic rock, country, rap, hip hop, or lover of all music, you are sure to enjoy all of the amazing artists.

Announcements coming soon.

Toby Keith has played Ribfest, so has Brantley Gilbert in past years, and I'm choosing to assume that this year's comeback lineup with be a stellar one.

Keep a close eye on ribfest.net for the entertainment lineup and for the date tickets will officially go on sale!
