McDonald’s Happy Meal wants Kids to Discover Reading [Video]

McDonald's Happy Meals are trading in their traditional toys for books, to help kids discover the joy of reading.

Now through February 15th your kid can have their choice of one of four books to choose from to go with their meal. Three of the books are Valentine's themed and the fourth book is about Paddington Bear.

I think that is really neat. The toys typically are small and never last but a book can last a lot longer and make a memorable impression, especially when a parent or family member reads it to or with their child.
