How to Make Frosted Candle Holders: Does this Work? [Video]

Since Little Zim is on vacation I thought I'd take a turn in doing a craft project this week.

I'm going to show you how to make frosted candle holders with dollar store items and answer the question "Does this work?"

All you need are:

A bag of Epsom salt

Modge Podge or you can make a glue water mixture like I did

Here's a link to make your own Modge Podge.

Any candle holder or votive cup you want to frost

and a paint brush or foam brush to paint your candle holders.

Also if you want it to set spray them with a clear coat of acrylic paint to hold the Epsom salt in place after the votive and candle holders dry.
