Freeport Police Need Your Help In Finding A Missing Juvenile

UPDATE: The missing boy has been found safe in Freeport. The Journal Standard reports that the boy was found walking the streets and was reunited with his family.

According to the Freeport Police Department Facebook Page:

"Abraham is 5'04" tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has blonde hair and hazel eyes. Abraham has been missing since Sunday afternoon, and he may be in need of medical attention. Abraham is known to frequent areas where there is free wireless Internet service. If anyone knows where Abraham is please contact the Freeport Police Department immediately at 815-235-8222 or call 911."

The only info out there is he was wearing a black polo shirt. I will keep you updated if there is any new information posted.
