The Stephenson County Sheriff's Department needs the public's help locating a 14-year-old from Freeport, Illinois who has been reported missing for the second time since September 22, 2023.

Have You Seen Lilly Duncan?

Whenever I see a report about a missing person in the Illinois area, my heart automatically hurts for the family and the panic and worry they must be feeling.

I don't know how I would function if one of my daughters went missing, and I cannot even fathom what it must be like to go through the terror multiple times.

On Wednesday, October 11, 2023, the Stephenson County Sheriff's Department issued a plea for public assistance in locating 14-year-old Lilliona "Lilly" Duncan from Freeport, Illinois.
