Life is better when wearing a face mask that smells like bacon.

In this strange year of 2020, part of our new regular life is wearing a face mask in public. They aren't the most comfortable thing to wear, especially, for a long length of time. I think to help combat this issue, some people have started using it as a fashion statement. Once again, creativity has shined out of the madness. The designs on masks are really cool. Things like comic mouths, band logos, sports teams, company names, and so much more. Along with many different styles and colors.

Did you ever notice that while wearing a face mask, it's a lot easier to tell if you have bad breath? It's not a pleasant smell. I've made it a habit to carry mints with me to help prevent this problem. I wish there was more I could do because sometimes I just forget to bring them.

If you ever take a trip into Wisconsin on I-90, around the Beloit area, you might have noticed a giant can of chili. It's located on the Hormel food processing plant. Some days, you can even smell it. That's just one of their many locations where they make several different products. One of those items is Black Label Bacon.

Once again creativity and necessity have joined forces to come up with a solution. I've mentioned face masks, smelling bad breath, and bacon. Can you guess where I'm going with this?

According to nbcchicago.com,

"Those needing incentive to keep their mask affixed to their face will now have the added benefit of that mask smelling like bacon. In the most 2020 move of all time, Hormel has released Black Label Breathable Bacon face masks, which, according to its description, features “the latest in pork-scented technology with two-ply multi-fiber cloth to keep the delicious smell of bacon always wrapped around your nose.”

I think I could wear a bacon-smelling mask all-day, every day with no problem.
