Did you shop til you dropped on Black Friday, or are you still on the hunt for massive savings? Have no fear, Cyber Monday is here!

I do like to shop local and help out small business owners, but I also love to lay on the couch and let my fingers do the running while shopping during the holidays. (Especially this year with a 1 year old that has sticky, sneaky fingers when we enter stores. It gets embarrassing.)

Even though I am shopping from home, I also want these shopping trips to be quick and efficient. So, for me, websites like this are awesome: Cyber Monday offers from the nation's major retailers. It's a convenient road map to guide me on my ultimate savings adventure.

Ready for some more interesting shopping news? Experts say that Black Friday shopping totals decreased by about 11 percent this year. Why? More people shopping on Thanksgiving may be one reason, and the fact that stores have started offering big discounts right after Halloween. Good news is, this means we will see steep discounts all season long. Yay! Read more on this subject here.

As you know, Cyber Monday is best known for big discounts on electronics and toys. Please don't forget to pick up an extra toy for a needy boy or girl in our community and drop it off at the annual 12 Hours of Salvation Army Toy Drive this Friday at the Lou Bachrodt Automall. Can't wait to see you there!
