Better Drivers, Illinois or Wisconsin?

Let's settle this debate once and for all.

Personally, in my 26 years of having a drivers license I have been pulled over and ticketed in Wisconsin 5 times and once in Illinois. I have come to the conclusion that Wisconsin people drive differently and that is why.

There is always the "Illinois driver suck", or "Wisconsin drivers suck" comments. I don't think anyone sucks more, but after you watch this video your overall opinion may change slightly.

Now does this end the Illinois vs Wisconsin driving debate, no. Does this make Wisconsin drivers look insane, yes. Does Whitney Martin live in that house, maybe.
