Anish Kapoor, the man who created "Cloud Gate" (a.k.a. The Bean) at Millenium Park, is not happy with National Rifle Association using an image of his work in a video, according to Chicago Tribune.

Albeit brief, The Bean can be spotted in the ad at 17 seconds. Regardless, the creator is not pleased, to say the least. Chicago Tribune confirmed his feelings in their report.

Kapoor, who said his creative work has been “appropriated by the NRA to perpetuate its hateful ideology,” asked the organization to remove an image of Cloud Gate from its video.

Kapoor has sought legal action and asks that the courts in Illinois and the United States force NRA to remove the image from the ad. As you will see below, it remains an image in their message.

With strong support, Anish Kapoor will continue the effort in having The Bean removed from the NRA's campaign. The Trib reached out to the NRA for a comment but no dice.

The NRA did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday. It has previously defended “The Clenched Fist of Truth” as a call to prevent violence.
