Are you ready for the feel good moment of the day?

Check this out. A family has been reunited with their dog, that had been missing for six years!

The Gall family of DeKalb gave up looking for their dog Mr. Wrinkles after a year of searching, hoping and waiting for him to return home. Only to find him at the Winnebago County Animal Services.

The animals services found him recently wandering the streets in Rockford. The saving factor for Mr. Wrinkles, was that he was microchipped. According to Winnebago County Animal Services adoption coordinator Donna Apgar, in this WREX interview,  was that "microchipping your pet is worth it. Because he was microchipped it was easy to find his owners and Mr. Wrinkles family was located and now he's finally home."

Talk about an incredible journey? If only dogs could talk. Just what and where has Mr. Wrinkles been these last six years?

Wow! Can you imagine that? It's almost mind boggling.

Pet's certainly have a place in all of hearts and when they're missing they do leave a hole. I'm so happy for the Gall family, now their hearts are full again.
