The place has been closed for months.

Now, the Applebee's sign is wholly gone, like off the building and on the post outside, and it appears there's no reopening coming any time soon.

With the sign down, the logo is gone, and no construction, cleaning, or other activity taking place, it's easy to see why this temporary closure is more permanent.
What the Internet Is Saying
It's not confirmed, but Google shows that it is "Permanently Closed," and a scan of Yelp reveals that Yelpers report that "this location has closed."
Again, it's not confined, but it sure looks and feels that way. The lack of communication and missing signage also don't make it look like Applebee's is making a comeback.
Still No Official Word
Have you heard any updates regarding the future of this restaurant? If so, please let us know.
For now, the only thing on the menu at the Applebee's location is mystery.
