Roscoe Travel Alert

A heavily traveled road in Roscoe will be a road you want to avoid.

The Roscoe police department has issued an advisory to motorists to avoid portions of Elevator Road on Wednesday December 6th.

The outer westbound lane of Elevator Road between Main Street and Clayton Circle will be closed for utility work. Roscoe officials say that the work is scheduled to start on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. The good news is that the work should be completed the same day. Keep in mind in the vent of inclement weather, the length and time of of the lanes closures could change

You will still be able to travel on Elevator road, but expect delays and be prepared to stop. With this early warning, you have plenty of time to plan ahead.
