Rockford City Market Boasts 22 New Vendors And 1 Big Departure

"There will be 22 new vendors at this season’s City Market, and 19 of them will be on hand on opening day. The three others — Just Craftin’ Around by Jen, Wanderlust by Kate, and Pins & Squares — will join the event later in the season. Overall, there will be 65 vendors on opening day," according to rrstar.com.

However, there is one key departure this year. Because of its high demand, Bella Luna Bakery will be pulling out of this year's City Market. They have been part of the event since it's beginning and will be greatly missed at this year's event.

In all, 65 different vendors will be represented this year on opening day. “I feel like it’s a few more new vendors than normal,” said Cathy McDermott, City Market manager. “It’s a pretty good number.”

This will be my first time attending the event and I couldn't be more excited to see what Rockford has up its sleeve.
