Illinois State Police Will Be Watching You Super Bowl Weekend

Illinois State Police will be watching more than the Super Bowl this weekend, so don't drive stupid.

As ISP have done in the past, they will have extra enforcement out this weekend.

According to WREX, Ilinois State Police will be looking for more than just drunk drivers during the NFL's biggest weekend.

Illinois State Police officers say they will be looking out for drunk drivers, speeding and distracted drivers this weekend. Last year during the weekend of the big game, ISP arrested 200 people for drunk driving. That was nearly twice the arrests in 2015.

Be on your best behavior when you're driving this weekend and you'll be all good.
