As annoying as you may find that auto-off feature on cars, it is a money-saver. An idling car is wasting fuel after around 10 seconds. Don't disable that feature if your car has it.

Don't rely on that tire warning light to tell you when to check tire pressure. they often don't alert you until the pressure is off by 25% and by then, you've been losing money. If it doesn't need to be there, take it out. Weight in the back of the car does the same thing to me. More weight in the back make me less efficient, also.
