When Twitter offers up these kind of fun suggestions, it's kind of impossible to resist.

So the challenge is really simple. You just text them! You can say something like, "Hey number neighbor!". Or you can send them a fun GIF, that's what I did. I said hey and sent a gif, and I have no response yet. Maybe because I texted them at 5 AM.
