Remember when Kim Kardashian "broke the internet" by posting the Paper Magazine cover photo? You'll have to do a Google search for it but the level of "broke" pales in comparison to Taylor Swift's achievements. She straight up broke the internet, and Ticketmaster, and kept people glued to screens for hours and hours. All this happened before tickets for our upcoming tour officially went on sale.

Taylor Swift is easily one of the biggest musical artists of a millennial's lifetime, if not the biggest. She's destroyed records for music sales, downloads, and streams; you name it and her name is likely on top. This week T-Swizzle set another monstrous record that nobody, (band or musical act) has ever achieved.

On Tuesday, November 15, 2022, more than 2,000,000 pre-sale tickets for her upcoming "The Eras Tour" we sold. PRE-SALE! This caused a major hiccup within Ticketmaster's system. It was so extreme the online ticketing behemoth had to cancel the official "on-sale" for the general public. People are p-i-s-s-e-d, to say the least. And, yes, people are citing conspiracy theories and even political agendas as the reasons behind the situation.

The most tickets sold for an artist in one day.

You had to be in extreme isolation this week to avoid seeing at least one reaction to the Taylor Swift concert ticket faux pas. Many of the people who work in the radio and music industry were messaged directly for help with getting tickets. It's as if we have secret knowledge, connection, or know how to beat Ticketmaster's game. (Breaking news: 99.99999% of us don't.)
