Edgebrook Shopping Center is gaining two new tenants.

I think both are going to make people really happy. I know for one Steve Summers will be ecstatic.

Why? Well, WREX reports that, Dunkin Donuts and Anytime Fitness have signed leases with Edgebrook.

Yep you read that right.

Dunkin Donuts will be going into the former Associated Bank location at the corner of Alpine and Highcrest on the centers property.

I can see Steve doing a happy dance now. He LOVES Dunkin Donuts.

Anytime Fitness will be going into the former storefront of where Unique Yarns used to be.

How cool is that? I love Anytime Fitness. Now I'll really have no excuse of not making it to the gym. It's going to be less than 5 minutes from the station.
