$49 Hot Dogs Now Available In Chicago

Chicago is now home to $49 hot dogs.

It's one of those "bucket list" type things for "foodies." You have to go into the Windy City and hit up a little local stand for a "Chicago Style" hot dog.

It's a big city, so I would expect to pay more for a dog than in Rockford but this is ridiculous.

According to abc7chiacgo.com,

"If you thought ballpark prices were steep, you won't believe the $49 price tag for a gourmet hotdog at Chicago's Omni Hotel. "

They still won't put ketchup on it. (That's a Chicago thing)

If it makes you feel any better, this pricey hot dog does include fries and a cocktail.

Wow, what a bargain.
