4 Ways To Make Sweet Corn and Which Way Tastes the Best

Sweet corn season is now at it's peak. Make the most out of your sweet corn and mix it up a bit!  Did you know there are four ways to prepare sweet corn, and which way tastes the best?

On Friday, I stopped by Papa's Sweet Corn in Rural Boone County, at the corner of Free Church and Manchester Roads, to learn how to prepare sweet corn, four different ways.

Mark and Chris Lamb hosted myself along with WIFR-TV's Aaron Wilson, Illinois State Senator Dave Syverson, Mark Finnegan of VetsRoll.org, and Bill from the Shopiere Tap to try out some sweet corn cooked 4 ways:

• Boiled
• Deep Fried
• Microwaved
• Roasted

In the video, we learned how to properly cook sweet corn each way, and most importantly, which way tastes the best.
