12 Year Old from Rockford Starring In ‘Sinister 2′ Film

If you love scary movies, and are planning on heading to the theaters this weekend to see Sinister 2, be on the look out for a hauntingly familiar face.

12-year-old Caden Fritz from Rockford plays the role of Peter, a ghost kid who moves into a rural house with his twin brother and mother. Caden has previously been seen on Chicago Fire as an extra, but this role in Sinister 2 is his first speaking part.

Local fans and friends gathered at Showplace 16 last night for the premiere of Sinister 2, and Caden was there to share his stories about the movie filming process.

I think it's super cool to hear that a local kid is making the big time, I'm just not sure I am brave enough to actually watch his film debut. Shameful, I know. I'm just a big baby when it comes to scary movies.
