Try this Ooey Gooey Treat

Last night I was trying to organize my recipes. As I have many xerox copies, note cards and pieces of paper of different recipes I've collected and I came across this ooey gooey treat.

5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake.

This is a treat you have got to try.It tastes very similar to those Molten Lava Chocolate cakes. It's super moist and so awesome when still hot and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The best part is, it only takes 5 minutes to make.

Here's what you need for 5 Minute Chocolate Cake:

4 Tbsp. Flour

4 Tbsp. Sugar

2 Tbsp. Cocoa

1 Egg

3 Tbsp. Milk

3 Tbsp. Oil

3 Tbsp Chocolate Chips (optional)

A small splash of Vanilla Extract

1 Large Coffee Mug (14-16oz) that's microwave safe.

Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips and vanilla extract and mix again. Put the mug in microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug. Don't panic, that's perfectly fine. Allow to cool a little and tip out onto the plate if desired or eat out of the mug.
