This Was Illinois' Favorite Fast Food During Quarantine

With a ton of dine-in restaurants shutting down during the peak of COVID-19, we turned to our favorite fast food spots for fries, shakes and tacos. But per usual, some favorite chains stood out.

And I can't lie, I totally stopped through this drive-thru a few times in the past few months. Sometimes you just need some fries dipped in a Frosty. Did I give away Illinois' favorite yet?

It's Wendy's! The Dailymeal details -

Market research company Top Data analyzed the year over year average percent change in the number of visits experienced by each fast food restaurant chain. This particular data set compares June 2019 to June 2020.

Can you guess Wisconsin's? Culver's duh!

We weren't the only state who craved Wendy's, but the big winner across the board was actually Sonic. They were the favorite in a lot of states.
