Take the Cheese and Cheers Tour Saturday

If you love cheese and you if love beer or wine, or all three then you need to do this Saturday.

Stephenson County invites you to take the Cheese and Cheers Tour.In this WREX article Stephenson County is having a Cheese and Cheers tour this Saturday, July 25th from Noon to 4pm which will feature local cheese stores, cheese plants, breweries and a winery.

This is a self guided driving tour with stops at local county businesses including: The Cheese Market and Generations Brewing Company in Freeport, Megz Country Cheese, Inc. in Davis, Wengers Springbrook Cheese, Torkelson Cheese Co. and Lena Brewing Company in Lena and Famous Fossil Winery east of Cedarville.

Each location will feature its own specialties, and will offer samplings, activities and featured products.

Now that is really neat. I'd certainly do that. Perfect for a road trip kind of day with a bunch of your friends.
