If your feeling stressed, you need to see blue. You might be asking, What does that mean? Well research has shown that certain colors  influence our mood. If you're needing to eliminate stress there are certain colors that will trigger peaceful and tranquil feelings.

That's why if you're feeling stressed you should look at the color blue for a few moments. Blue is tranquil, peaceful, and calm. This color has a tremendous stress management quality to it, making us feel cool and calm.

I wonder if that is why I like that color. For a time almost every new piece of clothing I bought was in a shade of blue.
