Sneak Peak of Rockford’s Portillo’s Restaurant [VIDEO]

Portillo's in Rockford officially opens on June 9, but here's a sneak peak of the local flavor we'll see in the new restaurant. 

My mouth is watering already! One of my Aunts lives in the St. Charles area where they have had a Portillo's for several years. She has often treated our family with Portillo's chocolate cake on special occasions, and was just teasing me the other day how awesome it is to walk up to their carry-out counter, purchase, and walk out with a delicious Portillo's cake whenever she wants.

June 9, 2015 cannot come soon enough, although this could be very bad for my ever expanding waistline. Oh well, it's worth it.
