This time-lapse video of the sun rising over Rockford's northeast side is nothing short of beautiful. It's further proof Rockford is indeed a beautiful place.

If beauty is in the eye of the beholder I don't know how anyone could argue this is not a beautiful sight. Maybe I'm biased because I love Rockford?
