Let me tell you a little story about Penelope. She is a super friendly and playful girl who spent a couple months in the shelter before her ultimate wish came true: She was adopted! Penelope spent several happy days with her new family, playing with her  young human siblings,and soaking up tons of love, but sadly those days ended far too soon.
