This should make 3,000 more Cubs fans happy. Tonight is the night Cubs fans have been waiting for.

Finally, Cubs fans will see 'some' new bleachers at Wrigley Field for the first time, in person.

After months of construction, legal issues and other delays, the bleachers in left field and center field will be open as the Northsiders host the New York Mets.

By the end of June, 5,000 more people will get see the Cubs when the bleachers in right field open.

WGN-TV reports that as part of the Cubs’ annual “Pink Out,” all bleacher fans at tonight's game will receive a Cubs Charities “Pink Out” T-shirt to promote breast cancer prevention awareness.
