Facebook has announced a new feature that will remind former MySpace users of how social media was "back in the day."

It's not available for everyone but Facebook is adding a music option to your profile, meaning your friends will be able to listen to whatever song you chose. It won't be the full song but it'll be enough. Friends will also be able to click on the song to get to the artist/band's page, similar to Instagram.

What's more exciting, according to Mashable, is Facebook karaoke. That's what this means, right?

The company is also updating its Musical.ly-like feature, called LipSync Live, with support for lyrics (making it more like the karaoke feature that was detailed in a patent filing earlier this year).

Pinning a song to profiles isn't available for everyone (including me) but the one remaining question is if there is ever a "top 8" on Facebook, who are you putting in yours?
