New COVID-19 Mobile Testing Site in Winnebago County

Looking for a place to get tested for COVID-19 in Winnebago County? Well, now we have more testing sites popping up around the area.

Starting today (Monday) Stateline residents will have another place to go to get tested. WTVO details -

The Illinois Department of Health will provide the tests free of charge. Monday’s testing will be at the Winnebago County Housing Authority at D’Agnolo Garden Apartments, located at 806 Kocher Street in Rockton.

If you have yet to be tested and are curious how it works, here's some details. They are drive-up or walk-up sites and they are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for any Illinois resident.
