There are some situations where you can pull off the lie that you're just "holding those drugs for a friend." This really isn't one of them.

There's a 20-year-old guy named Damien Clark Jr. from Austintown, Ohio, and he was pulled over around 4:30 A.M. on Saturday when he didn't use a turn signal.

The cops smelled marijuana, so they searched him and his car. And during the search, they found a bag of cocaine in his sock, and his excuse was, "these aren't my socks."

Socks aren't exactly something people share, but even assuming Damien was telling the truth, the cops also found drugs in his pants, shirt, and car. The other narcotics recovered from Clark, included 59 Xanax bars and more cocaine.

An officer noted that Clark, “continued to ask this officer to throw away the evidence and stated that, ‘Someone gave me the pills to hold, we were at a party.’” Investigators also seized $761 and an iPhone from Clark.

He was arrested three felony narcotics counts and released after posting a $15,000 bond. His next court hearing is set for April 3rd.
