KFC says it OK to as long as the kids get their food to go.

This kind of a stunning new story out of the UK, where KFC's are now banning anyone under the age of 18 from eating inside their restaurant.

According to Daily Express "Children must be accompanied by an adult to eat at the chain in Meir Park, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, to stop them causing trouble."

Wow. That would ruin my Friday night if I was in high school. When I was in school, we would cruise around and find a place to hang out. Most of the time it would wind up with me and my group of my friends hanging out at a place like KFC.

This isn't a first for the UK banning minors from entering fast food establishments. The same thing happened just recently at McDonald's in the same neighborhood.

Do you notice anything happening like this in Rockford? Do you think it might be a good idea for some of the local restaurants to adopt this policy?
