I-PASS Offers In-Person Customer Support In Belvidere

There's an in-person customer service location for I-PASS located in Belvidere.

Sometimes when I need help with an issue, I just want to have some person-to-person interaction to solve that problem.

Many times that isn't available.

A website could be confusing and difficult to navigate through.

When I call, I just end up with an automated system.

If you need help with your I-PASS, there is an option to actually deal with a human being. They have in-person customer service locations.

Luckily, there's one very close to us in Belvidere. It's located off of I-90 at the Belvidere Oasis. Hours are 7am-6pm Monday through Friday.
