This information may seem like an old hat to some, but to others like myself, an on-hand reminder is ALWAYS a good thing!

My husband works on Thanksgiving this year, so for the first time ever, I will be a cooking a small turkey feast this weekend for us to enjoy together. It's only for my small family of three, and will be a very scaled down version of a traditional feast, yet I am still filled with anxiety over it. I bought all the fixings yesterday, and now I need to figure out how the heck I am going to pull this off. (Keep in mind, I can't cook.) Wish me luck, and keep my family in your prayers..their stomachs may need it. LOL!

I have already printed this handy chart out that I found on Huffingtonpost.com and placed it in my recipe box to keep for years to come. Hopefully you will find it handy as well.

Do you have any other turkey cooking advice you can share with me? I'd appreciate any help I can get!
