It's no longer a rumor, and it has been confirmed by Uncle Jesse himself, Full House is coming back to TV! Even better yet, many of the original characters are returning as well! Maybe I am just a tad bit too excited about this?

Netflix confirmed late Monday night that they have ordered a 13-episode season of Fuller House  to premiere in 2016. This new series is similar to the original series, except it will have a female focus. Candace Cameron-Bure will return as D.J. who is  now a pregnant widow with two sons, so her sister Stephanie, (Jodie Sweetin) and best friend Kimmy,(Andrea Barber) move in to help D.J. raise her children.

Before you freak out, yes, we will see Uncle Jesse return from time to time. There is also hope that the other major original cast members; Bob Saget, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olson, Dave Coulier and Lori Loughlin, will make guest appearances as well.

Seem to good to be true? Here's the announcement from John Stamos himself on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night...

My husband already complains that I hog the Netflix in our home, but he ain't seen nothing yet. To my husband I say, "You're in big trouble, Mister." Tee hee.
