It looked like a scene out of B grade horror movie. A giant pumpkin escapes and snarls traffic and it's caught on video.

USA today reports that the cars and pedestrians had to dodge a giant inflatable pumpkin on the streets of Peoria, AZ as it emerged from a group of trees and bounced through an  intersection and down the roadway Thursday.

The Pumpkin is 25-foot tall and weighs 350 pounds. It eventually got stuck beneath a streetlight pole. However, it later broke free and rolled off into the distance away from traffic and the human race. No humans were devoured by the giant Halloween decoration

USA Today says that Peoria officials confirmed the pumpkin broke free from a Halloween display promoting the Peoria Monster Bash at the Peoria Sports Complex. Officials are blaming the mishap on strong winds.
