Dixon High School On Lockdown After Morning Shooting
Breaking news out of Dixon this morning after reports of a shooter at Dixon High School. According to Sauk Valley Media, a male student brought a gun to school, exchanged gunfire with the school's resource officer. The officer was not injured but the student was shot and has a non-life threatening injury. No other injuries have been reported.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to pick up their children from Page Park baseball diamonds, bring an ID.
