If you were planning on taking the family to the Chicago's Shedd Aquarium but didn't find the time this summer. You'll want to find time this month as they're waiving admission for 24 days.

Yeah you read that right. You can take the kids to see all the cool exhibits absolutely free for 24 starting this Wednesday through September 30th for Illinois residents.

DNAInfo Chicago states the free admission on those days "covers permanent and special exhibits as well as aquatic shows and "Stingray Touch" sessions. Guests can upgrade to the Shedd's 4-D Experience for $4.95."

Cool. That's so helpful for families, especially since gas prices have jumped up due to Hurricane Harvey. You won't be feeling the pinch in your wallet a second time when going to the aquarium.

Well awesome, being an Illinois resident is paying off.
