Here is a lesson in being aware of what you're tossing on social media, even if you're tweeting on behalf of a business.

Just ask Chase Bank. They posted a #MondayMotivation tweet and then pulled it after backlash. They also tweeted an apology.

The tweet said this:

You: why is my balance so low

Bank account: make coffee at home

Bank account: eat the food that already in the fridge

Bank account: you don't need a cab, it's only three block

You: I guess we'll never know

Bank account: seriously?

#MondayMotivation

Followers and others through the message came across as "poor shaming", leading to Chase to delete the tweet and issue an apology.

Our #MondayMotivation is to get better at #MondayMotivation tweets. Thanks for the feedback Twitter world.

Obviously, they were attentive to the response and the apology was perfect... even though the original tweet didn't see that bad.
