Hey, want $75 of free stuff at Bed Bath & Beyond? Of course you do, but we're sorry, this coupon is a scam.

Did you see the $75 off Bed Bath & Beyond Mother's day coupon show up in your Facebook feed? Sure, we know you like clicking around and finding deals on the internet. As of late, more 'so called' deals and coupons have been showing up in your Facebook Feed. We have all clicked on these before, but this one is one you want to avoid.

On the heels of the recent fake Lowe's coupons that were recently making the rounds, this one is also definite fake. The coupon says that Facebook users can receive a Bed Bath & Beyond coupon in exchange for sharing a post or taking a survey. After clicking on the link, it takes you to another website where it requires the Facebook user to forward the phony coupon on to their Facebook friends. The potential for fraud is great and the user, in turn, gets nothing.

Bed Bath & Beyond will NOT be honoring this coupon. According to the fact checking website, Snopes, Bed Bath & Beyond even responded, on their Facebook page, to a consumer who brought the coupon to company's attention saying:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Melissa. We are not associated with this offer and are working to have the post removed. We apologize for any confusion.

You can see the coupon in the video below

I have friends who are always forwarding me coupons like this and I tell them to stop. If you have friends that are doing this, tell them the same.

Remember, if it's too good to be true, it is.
