If you have plan to fly out of O'Hare airport around Thanksgiving, you may want to keep an eye on this.

WGN TV was live on the scene at O'Hare airport and says that workers have gave the green light on a strike.

"Service Employees International Union Local 1 officials said Thursday that about 500 workers arguing for a $15 hourly wage have committed to strike."

The union for the workers has assured that business will not come to a halt if they go on strike. But, they did say that it will slow down one of the busiest airports in the country.

This strike could also affect Midway AIrport. If you plan on flying out at either airport, keep an eye on the news and plan ahead for any slowdowns at either airport.
