The More You Know stars are flying high today.

Because little did I know there's a website that exists where you can input your email address to see if it has been involved in a data breach.

The website is legit, but with one small caveat.

After you put in your email at haveibeenpwned.com, something called 1password wants you to sign up.

Truthfully, after putting in my personal email, I should probably consider using the service.

My email came back with 10 (OMG) breached sites, and I was stunned. From Canva to Tumblr to MyFitnessPal, my own email address was involved in every one of those breaches.

Further examination shows my geographic location, phone number, and IP addresses were out in the open after the breach.

If you sign up for something using an email address, breaches are going to happen. The best way to safeguard your information is to use a password manager. That way you can keep complex and lengthy passwords stored in one safe place without having to try and remember them all the time.

Change it up and stay safe. Check to see if your personal email has been breached at haveibeenpwned.com.
