Stroll On State Adds New Event For 2017

Stroll On State, RACVB, and Fleet Feet have partnered to bring a new event to downtown Rockford to coincide with and celebrate Stroll's fifth anniversary. The Dasher Dash will kick off at 8 a.m. on November 25th, the morning of Stroll On State, at UW Health Sports Factory - where the 5k run/walk will begin and end.

The race will cover some of downtown Rockford's most historical areas, including the area around Tinker Swiss Cottage. Plan on signing up the whole family and enjoy the hot chocolate and cookies at the end of the race.

According to Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau,

The course was created with all skill levels in mind; awards for overall and age group winners as well as finisher medals will be provided. Participants also receive a race T-shirt with their registration.

By adding to The Dasher Dash to Stroll On State's itinerary, the highly-anticipated night of fun is turned into a full day of fun in downtown Rockford. You can register for the race at strollonstate.com or at Fleet Feet (at Edgebrook Shops). Registration is $32.50 (online) and will increase to $37.50 after November 21.
