Memory loss and it's terrible effects to the body is always a concern for me as I know it runs in the family. My grandmother was affected with a type of Alzheimer's called Pick's Disease.

Now there's research that we can reverse the effects by eating more fish and changing our lifestyles.

According to this study by UCLA, they found eating more fish, taking fish oil, B-12, vitamin D-3 while staying away from carbs and processed foods seems to reverse the effects. Also, by sleeping more and adding in more exercise to your lifestyle also slowed or reversed the progression of the disease.

I know that genes play a big part into Alzheimer's development. However if there are ways to stop or at least slow down it's devastating effects I'm all for it.
