Q98.5 Pet of the Week; Honey

This 3-year-old female cat is as sweet as her name, but her start at life was anything but sweet.

Honey was one of 21 cats and two dogs that were recently surrendered to Winnebago County Animal Services. Sure, cats and dogs are surrendered to animal shelters all the time, but the sad part of Honey's story is that all of those animals she was dropped off with came from one home.

I think it's safe to assume that Honey may not have received all the TLC she deserves in the past, but you would never guess that she came from circumstances like that when you see how affectionate she is.

Thankfully, Honey is healthy and now ready to find her furever home ready to spoil her with love and attention. Please go meet, and adopt her today at Winnebago County Animal Services.
