Today is national Apple Pie Day, so let's celebrate!

I'm sure you already have your favorite apple pie recipe, so I thought I would provide you with 2 variations on the theme to check out and enjoy.

The reason I like these recipes is because they are for bars, not pies. In my mind eating a few bars is more low cal than eating a slice of pie. I know it is probably not true, but just let a girl live in denial, alright?
