Culver's restaurants throughout Illinois and Wisconsin will be serving up $1 frozen custard scoops on May 1 for one very important reason.

Supporting Illinois and Wisconsin Farmers

When my family and I moved to Pecatonica, Illinois from Rockford almost 4 years ago, I very quickly learned that some things matter way more in small, rural communities:

Some of the best friends my daughters have made in this community come from farming families, and because of that, (and my daughters' deep love for animals), conversations about 4H and FFA have become more of a norm in our home.

I never thought in a million years that I would have children who would want to show animals (their rabbits), but here I am loving and it and looking for ways to support important agriculture organizations.

Throughout the day on May 1, Culver's locations throughout Illinois and Wisconsin will be offering a free scoop of custard in exchange for a $1 donation to local FFA chapters and other agriculture education programs!

You can choose a scoop of your favorite Culver's custard flavor, BUT their flavor of the day on May 1, How Now Brown Cow, sounds pretty darn amazing...

This one-day-only flavor is infused with our Signature Root Beer and swirled with chopped Dove® Chocolate and

chocolate cake pieces.

OMG! Is your mouth watering now too?
