Imagine if this happened to you. What would you do?

Here's the story: just a few days ago, a Brinks truck lost three bags of cash in Oak Park, Illinois. The incident occurred while the driver was traveling southbound on Austin Boulevard in the Chicago suburb. The word is that the truck's back door somehow opened by "unknown means." Whatever that means is a mystery to me and probably to you as well.

Nearly $300K Vanishes in a Matter of Moments

Nearly $300,000 in cash was also lost through unknown means. Reports indicate that almost 50 to 100 people grabbed cash from the street and headed for the hills. When the armored truck driver returned to the vehicle, everyone was gone.

No Arrests Yet, But Investigations Are Underway

In case you were wondering, no arrests have been made yet. However, the Village of Oak Park has confirmed that it is investigating the incident, and Brinks has also filed a complaint with the police to help identify the perpetrators.

Good Luck Finding the Money or the People
